MULLED WINE: heat the red wine (100-150 ml/person) and add one tea bag per person. Bring to a boil and keep at a boil for one minute. Remove the bags after pressing them gently with a teaspoon. Serve piping hot. Do not serve to children or adolescents.

HOT HERBAL TEA: place one tea bag in a cup of boiling water and let steep for 5 minutes, covering the cup to prevent the loss of volatile compounds. It is preferable to use non-chlorinated water. Before removing the tea bag, press it gently with a teaspoon. Any slight variations in taste and color are due to the natural nature of the product.
