Shipping times and costs

Himalaya ships only to Italy: we do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, although this may be slightly longer during holidays. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed within four business days.

Once the order is processed internally by our team, shipping times vary from 2 to 4 working days, while costs depend on the total value of the order:

Himalaya accepts payments by all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer.

Payment by bank transfer
If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, you must:

  3. Please include the order number in the reason for payment, along with the customer's name and surname .

The bank transfer must be sent within 3 days of the order date; otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled. The order is considered confirmed only after the amount has been credited.


Returns

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it or part of your order. To meet the withdrawal deadline, simply send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal within the 14th day from the delivery date using the online procedure in the Personal Area of ​​our website and wait for confirmation from our team.

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to natural persons (consumers), therefore all purchases made with VAT numbers are excluded.

Return shipping will be paid by ALCEA SRL for defective or incorrect products . For all other returns, shipping costs and any additional charges will be borne by the buyer. Purchases must be returned by mail or courier in their original packaging, unused or damaged, and in resalable condition. No exchanges or refunds will be made for products returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled.

How to make a return

If the product is damaged or incorrect

Starting a return is easy: simply log in to your Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order you wish to return, and click the "Request a return" button. Specify the reason and the items you wish to return in the appropriate section. Our Customer Service team will contact you shortly to authorize the return (subject to photographs) and/or arrange a free collection.

If the customer ships the item to be returned at their own expense without contacting our Customer Service, we will not be able to refund the costs incurred and guarantee a refund for the order.

For all other types of returns

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

The Himalaya team will verify the quality of the returned product and issue a refund only if it meets the return policy requirements. Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly on himalaya.it. You will receive your refund via the same payment method used for the original purchase as quickly as possible.

Please note that refund times may vary depending on different payment methods.

The refund will be free of charge and will only include the cost of the products you are returning.
