Shipping times and costs

Himalaya only ships to Italy: we do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, although during holidays the time may be slightly longer. If the order is placed during the weekend or a holiday, it will be processed within four working days at the latest.

Once the order is processed internally by our team, shipping times vary from 2 to 4 working days, while costs depend on the total value of the order:

Payment Methods

Himalaya accepts payments by all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and bank transfer.

Payment by bank transfer
In case you choose bank transfer as your payment method, you must:

  1. Indicate as beneficiary: Alcea Srl
  2. Use IBAN: IT59Z0878739010000000051743
  3. Please include the order number in the reason for payment, along with the customer's name and surname .

The bank transfer must be sent within 3 days from the order date; otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled. The order is considered confirmed only after the actual crediting of the amount.


Returns

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it or part of the order. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, simply send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14th day from the delivery date via the online procedure within the Personal Area of ​​our site and wait for confirmation from our team.

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to natural persons (consumers), therefore all purchases made with VAT number are excluded.

Return shipping will be paid by ALCEA SRL in case of defective or incorrect product , while for all other returns the shipping costs and any additional charges will be paid by the buyer. Purchases must be returned by post or courier in the original packaging, must never have been used or damaged and must be in a condition to be resold. No exchange or refund will be made for products returned incomplete, damaged or dirty.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are only accepted on purchases made directly on himalaya.it. For further questions or special requests do not hesitate to contact our customer service team by sending an email to info@himalaya.it .

The return of the goods following the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made to the following address:

How to make a return

If the product is damaged or incorrect

Starting the return process is very simple: just access your Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order to return and click on the button to request the return, indicating, in the appropriate section, the reason and the items to return. You will soon be contacted by our Customer Service team to authorize the return (subject to photographs) and/or book the free collection.

If the customer sends the item to be returned at his own expense without contacting our Customer Service, we will not be able to refund the costs incurred and guarantee the refund of the order.

For all other types of returns

You will soon be contacted by our Customer Service team to authorize the return and assist you in the best return method. Shipping and any other charges will be paid by the buyer.

Once the return has been authorized by our team, you can proceed with the shipment of the goods with the courier of your choice. The return must be sent to ALCEA SRL with headquarters in Via Sagramoso Pier Luigi, 7, Rome, 00194, Italy.


Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

The Himalaya team will check the quality of the returned product and will issue a refund only if it meets the conditions of the return policy. Returns are accepted only on purchases made directly on himalaya.it. You will receive the refund with the same payment method used for the original purchase as soon as possible.

Please note that refund times may vary depending on different payment methods.

The refund will be free of charge and will only include the amount of the products you are returning.
