The lota is a tool used for nasal irrigation Jala Neti, an ancient yogic purification practice that consists of flowing saline solutions into the nasal cavities, for hygienic and beneficial purposes for the body and mind. The passage of the liquid facilitates the removal of mucus and impurities and is useful in case of problems related to the hygiene of the nasal cavities.
The package includes 100 g of pure Himalayan salt, unrefined and without additives.
From the ancient Ayurvedic tradition, a simple and effective tool.

How to use

Nasal irrigation can be performed daily. Fill the pot with a solution of warm water, preferably boiled and left to cool, and Himalayan salt or sea salt (9 g per liter of water), alternatively you can use a saline solution. Gently insert the spout into the nostril and tilt your head to the opposite side, breathing through your mouth. The liquid should come out of the lower nostril and flow regularly. Repeat the operation by inserting the pot into the other nostril. Once cleansing is complete, gently blow your nose. This is a very simple technique that will become natural after the first few uses. Wash the pot with warm water and soap.
