Himalaya pillows are a valid and ancient remedy that helps to mitigate various types of discomfort. They are offered in different shapes, with two removable and easy to wash cotton covers. The padding is natural, in dried cherry stones.

How to use

Hand and machine washable at 40°C.

TO COOL THE PILLOW: we recommend leaving it in the freezer wrapped in a cloth for approximately 3 hours.

TO HEAT THE PILLOW: remove the outer cover and heat in the microwave for up to 2 minutes (600W) or in the oven for 10 minutes (100 °C). Times may vary depending on the appliance used. For the first use, we recommend heating the pillow for shorter intervals (30 seconds for the microwave), checking the temperature each time. Always test the product on the body before applying it to avoid it being too hot. Wait until the pillow has cooled down before reheating. Cherry stones have the ability to absorb heat and retain it for a long time.
