Recommended for those with muscle and joint pain; for those who want to combat the onset of wrinkles, soften and firm the skin; in case of cough, bronchitis or respiratory tract infections.

To take care of your body, 2-4 drops rubbed on the chest and other parts of the body give freshness and relaxation.

Massage 4-5 drops onto forehead, temples and scalp for a stimulating and refreshing effect.

After shaving, massage 2 drops onto face to tone and soften skin.

Before and after sports activity, massage a few drops into arms, legs and feet.

In case of muscle and joint pain, massage the affected area with pure oil or diluted in another carrier oil. Also excellent for tired, painful and heavy feet.

To deodorize your mouth and teeth, rinse with 2-4 drops in a glass of water.

For inhalation, use up to 10 drops per liter of water. You can also pour a few drops on a handkerchief or the palm of your hand and inhale through your nose with your mouth closed.

Olio 31 can also be used as a room freshener, inserted into radiator humidifiers or essence diffusers.
